Rockwall High School Jackets play Coppell this Friday

It will be Friday 13th, and the Rockwall High School Jackets will take their high scoring offense to Coppell this week.

All RYCA Jacket Football players are encouraged to wear their orange game jerseys to school showing their support!

Stop by any of the elementary schools in Rockwall and you will be able to tell who is playing football for the RYCA Jackets.  Each week, the premier youth football team in Rockwall County has been roaming the halls of the various elementary schools wearing their game jerseys.
The RYCA (Rockwall Youth Community Association) is building a strong community tradition by developing one of the largest youth football organizations in North Texas.  Each team is age and school pure which means kids from each grade and school are playing for the same team.

Rockwall’s High School Football Varsity Head Coach, Rodney Webb has stated that the RYCA is the only organization that is vertically aligned with Rockwall High School.  Each team is running the same Pistol Formation Offense that the high school runs, and uses the same defensive terminology as well.

As the organization continues to grow; community involvement becomes strong.  The goal is to help these boys learn a system they will be playing in for years to come and ultimately bring a State Championship or more to Rockwall.

Get your Stingers Up!  It’s football time in Rockwall!
